Annual fees are refundable if you move or discontinue service. Refund
amounts are calculated on a pro rated basis. A $20 cancellation charge will
apply on all cancellations within 90 days.
All users of our service are subject to our Terms of Service Agreement and
our Acceptable Use Policy. All customers using our service agree to the
terms of these policies.
Qwest Megabit services are also required at additional cost.
